Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.ilphpublishing.com website (the "Service") operated by Innovative Legacy Publishing House ("ILPH", "us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Educational Nature & No Attorney-Client Relationship

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The content provided on this website, including but not limited to the "IP Vault," "Starter Kit," contract templates, workshops, and consulting sessions, is for educational and informational purposes only.

While the founder may have legal training, ILPH is a publishing and education firm, not a law firm. Using this website, purchasing our products, or downloading our resources does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and ILPH or its founder.

You agree that the information provided is not a substitute for professional legal advice tailored to your specific jurisdiction or situation. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction before executing any legal documents.

2. Intellectual Property (Ours)

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Innovative Legacy Publishing House. Our frameworks , logos, and visual designs are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ILPH.

3. Use of Digital Products (License)

When you purchase or download a digital product (e.g., The IP Vault, Templates), ILPH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal or internal business use only.

You strictly are prohibited from:

  • Reselling, sub-licensing, or sharing the digital files with third parties.

  • Modifying our templates to sell them as your own products.

  • Publishing our proprietary frameworks or educational materials publicly without attribution and written consent.

4. Purchases & Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales of the IP Vault, E-books, and downloadable templates are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Services/Workshops: Refunds for workshops or consulting services may be issued at our sole discretion, provided a request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ILPH, nor its founder, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

  • Your use of any templates or legal frameworks provided;

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
